The 4 Star Copthorne Hotel Plymouth is a city-centre hotel with views of Armada Way towards the famous Hoe and Barbican. It is 5 minutes’ walk from Drake Circus and Armada shopping centres. All rooms are en suite with all modern facilities you would expect.
Sunday-Depart your home area travelling to the South West coast arriving late afternoon and the Copthorne Hotel Plymouth for your 5 night stay.
Monday- This morning we are heading to the small fishing town of Looe. See its picturesque harbour rich in maritime history. Once you have enjoyed some time in Looe we are heading back into Plymouth to take a cruise of the Harbour. The cruise has live commentary an informative and entertaining way to see the sights.
Tuesday- Today we are heading into Cornwall for a full day visit to the Eden Project. Explore massive covered Biomes, trek through one of the world’s largest indoor rainforests and immerse yourself in the calm fragrance of the Mediterranean Biome. Enjoy extensive Outdoor Gardens, contemporary artworks, performance and storytelling. Discover places to rest, play and eat, and pick up inspiring ideas to take home on how to care for the planet that cares for you.
Wednesday- It is a free day to explore all that Plymouth has to offer, follow in the footsteps of the pilgrims that set sail on the Mayflower, explore its wealth of historical sites and museums or hit he High street and take in all the shops.
Thursday- This morning we are visiting the town of Tavistock, an ancient Stannery Town famed for its pannier market. After time to explore we will be making the short journey to Morwellham Quay. Have a ride on the Copper mine train and explore the Victorian Village.
Friday- After breakfast we leave and head for home
