Depart from your home area travelling to West Wales and arriving late afternoon at the George IV Hotel Criccieth for four nights Dinner Bed and Breakfast
This morning we are going to Porthmadog. From here we will be boarding the Welsh Highland Railway. We will be on the Welsh highland railway from Porthmadog to Caernarfon travelling through some of Snowdonia’s most breathtaking mountain scenery and the show stopping Aberglaslyn pass. The line is whopping 25 miles from start to finish making it Britains longest heritage railway. After disembarking the train we have time to explore Caernarfon. Home to Wales most famous castle, an UNESCO world heritage site. The towns narrow streets and stylishly redeveloped water front also merit a visit.
This morning you have a chance to explore Criccieth on the Lynn peninsula in the Eifionydd area of Gwynedd in Wales. Maybe you would like to visit the castle or make you way to the beach. After Lunch at the hotel we will make our way by coach to Barmouth for an afternoon visit before returning to the hotel for dinner. And evening entertainment
Our excursion today will be driving along the spectacular north Wales coast as we make are way to Llandudno. Llandudno is a famed Victorian resort with its 19th Century Pier and the cliffs of the Great Orme jutting into the sea. You will have ample time to explore before returning back to the hotel via Betws-Y-Coed for dinner.
After breakfast we leave the hotel and begin our journey home
